A two building complex with a separate reception lounge stands in a quiet area, at 300m from the sandy beach Ammes of the Svoronata village, and 9 km south of Argostoli, the capital of the island. This great complex is a villa called Baha-Ammes, the ideal accommodation for those searching for peaceful holidays in an idyllic setting. Each of the two buildings offers 3 luxuriously furnished apartments, accommodating 4 to 6 persons, with great verandas on top of the flowered garden. Each one consists of two bedrooms, W.C /shower and living room with a full equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven etc) .Also it has 2 of one bedroom apartments (semi-basement), 2 to 4 persons, with W.C. /shower and kitchen equipped in the same way as above. These apartments, instead of a veranda, have an individual kiosk in the garden. All the apartments are equipped with TV / teletext, telephone, safety box, fans and fax facilities at the reception room. The area around the complex is of 4000m2, a colorful garden with plants, flowers and birds. The garden is also home to a private shady parking, a children¢s playground, a barbeque area and hot/cold showers. In a distance of one to five kilometers there are 4 more beautiful sandy beaches, such as "Avithos, Ai Helis and Minies". Additionally the bay of "Agia Pelagia", at one km away, provides a safe anchorage for yachts and fishing boats. You will find 3 mini-markets and 8 tavern restaurants in our surroundings, while all the area is ideal for sports and hobbies such as walking, running, cycling, beach volley, windsurfing, fishing and diving. |
