- Confirmation: A Hotel's credit card charge authorization is
required
in order to confirm a reservation.
- Cancellation policy: No fee is charged for cancellation prior
to 30 days
before confirmed arrival date.
Any cancellation made within:
- 14 to 30 days results in a charge of 20% of the cost of the
stay
- 7 to 14 days results in a charge of 50% of the cost of the stay
- 1 to 6 days results in a charge of 100% of the cost of the stay
- No show, or departure prior to the scheduled date,
results in a charge of 100% of the cost of the stay.
- Check in time is 2:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
- For your reservations you are required to prepay 20% of the
total cost of the stay. You can do that:
By Traveller's Cheque, by a bank deposit to:

ALPHA BANK -- Branch 683 -- Account Number: 683-00232-0002972
- The rest amount of stay must be deposited to our bank 5 days
before the arrival of the customer. A reservation is valid as
soon as the deposition in the bank is made in the appropriate
periods.
